FoodSafe Drains Showcases Next-Generation Sanitary Drainage Systems At EATS 2025

FoodSafe Drains, a leading supplier of hygienic drainage systems for food and beverage facilities, will present its latest innovations at EATS 2025, the North American trade event dedicated to equipment, automation, and technology for food and beverage production. The company will be located at booth #2148.
The highlight of FoodSafe Drains’ participation will be the KeyForm, a new sanitary drainage accessory designed to improve the integration between drain and floor coating systems. Manufactured from powder-coated, high-grade aluminum, the KeyForm snaps securely into place during concrete pouring to protect the drain structure, before being removed prior to full curing. The system is engineered to reduce labor, minimize rework, and enhance installation quality. It also forms a natural keyway that ensures a smooth transition with floor coatings applied during construction.
In addition to live demonstrations of the KeyForm, FoodSafe Drains’ team of specialists will present two tailored support programs – Renew and Envision. These initiatives aim to help manufacturers and processors maintain sanitation standards, extend the operational life of their drainage systems, and plan customized upgrades in response to evolving production needs.
Company experts will be available throughout the exhibition to provide guidance for facility owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers on optimizing hygienic performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
FoodSafe Drains will also feature Viking Kristjansson, Vice President of Sales Engineering, as a speaker during EATS 2025. His presentation will focus on best practices in drainage system design for sanitary food production environments. Kristjansson will outline how strategic drain placement, correct system selection, and effective cleaning protocols can support food safety, streamline operations, and prepare facilities for emerging regulatory and technological trends.
