January Potato Expo Turns into Virtual Event
In view of the ongoing developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, the National Potato Council (NPC) said it would hold January’s Potato Expo 2021 as a completely online experience.
The virtual show is set for Jan. 5-7, according to a statement from the NPC. “We believe this is the safest approach for the well-being of our attendees, along with their families, farms, and colleagues,” the NPC said.
Attendees at the virtual show will hear from leaders, connect with peers, and explore business solutions to address industry challenges, according to the release. An interactive exhibit hall will give exhibitors the chance to showcase their products and services and connect with attendees. The virtual session will be available on-demand for conference attendees through the end of March.
