Potato Poland 2019 – an industry event organized by CN Nidzica in collaboration with the Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland – will take place between 23-25 August in Nidzica, Poland.

The annual meeting is backed up by Europatat which highlights that on August 24 a conference entitled “Experience. Working Together. Effectiveness” will be held to explore the possibilities of quality food production in connection with the production potential of the country and the importance of co-operation and mutual integration of potato producers and processors within the global market.

On top of that, the event also invites participants to join the “Innovation in Potato Production” training. During the program, attendees will be able to extend their knowledge in the following areas including potato diseases, modern methods for identification of potato quarantine diseases, viral diseases of potato plantations, innovation herbicidal protection of potato and more.

The organizers of Potato Poland are also hosting a contest. A prize worth PLN35,000 (EUR8190) will be offered to a lucky registered participant who will be randomly drawn.
