San Carlo – a stylish potato chip brand from Milan, Italy – has an interesting proposition for consumers who are seeking out more unique flavors. The brand is selling potato chips with ginger, which are available in bags of 50g or 150g.

The product offers a perfect kick of ginger that can easily match any drink served with appetizers, according to the company. The new snack is gluten-free and is made from potatoes and fried in palm oil/sunflower oil. According to the nutritional fact sheet, 100g of San Carlo ginger potato chips contain 10g of saturated fats and 1.5g of salt.

The San Carlo brand was established as a family-run Italian food company more than 80 years ago. It began with the opening of the San Carlo “rotisserie” in the heart of Milan. In just a few years it became famous all over town, thanks to their specialty – “the crispy potatoes”.

Today San Carlo is not selling its products in Italy, but ships to more than 30 countries worldwide. On top of the Ginger flavor, the company also offers potato chips with Salt, Tomato, Mint & Chili Pepper or  Paprika.
