U.S.: Arby’s Announces the Return of Fan-favorite Potato Cakes to Menus

Officially, Arby’s Potato Cakes are once again available. Following a recent resurgence, Potato Cakes vanished once more, sending customers on an emotional rollercoaster. This time, however, the reintroduction of Potato Cakes is supported by the filing of a ‘pre-class action lawsuit’—a daring step that demonstrates how committed Arby’s is to ensuring their permanent presence on the menu.
With some significant protection, Arby’s is supporting that pledge. Supporters of Arby’s can now register to participate in the pre-class action lawsuit. Before December 31, 2026, Arby’s will pay up to USD1m worth of Arby’s food to be divided among the signees if potato cakes are taken from the menu. This is the most reliable menu item return ever.
“We know our guests are passionate about our Potato Cakes, and we want to honor that loyalty by keeping them on the menu permanently. We’re excited to finally announce their return and prove to all our guests that we listened to their pleas on social media, and we aren’t going to let Arby’s get away with removing Potato Cakes from the menu again,” Jeff Baker, Chief Marketing Officer at Arby’s, mentioned.
Potato Cakes are available to order online and in-store at Arby’s nationwide beginning Monday, February 24, 2025.
